3. Do you only sell products?
Not at all. We offer a blend of physical products, digital tools, and free resources to support grief, healing, remembrance, and post-loss life. You’ll find jewelry, keepsakes, support tools, books, and educational materials, all curated with love and care.


4. What types of losses do you support?
Our collections are designed to honor miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, infant loss, medical termination (TFMR), twin/multiple loss, and other unique journeys. We also support friends, family members, and professionals who want to help.


5. How does your personalized engraving work?
Many of our jewelry pieces include an option to add a custom engraving for a small fee. This helps us cover the cost of professional engraving equipment and ensures your keepsake is as meaningful and personalized as possible. Add a name, date, initials, or phrase — you choose what matters most.


6. Where do your products ship from?
We partner with trusted vendors, artists, and grief-focused creators across the U.S. Products may ship from different locations depending on the item. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, and we’ll send tracking updates when your item is on its way.
